RSVP for Parksville Qualicum Beach Tourism's 2017 Annual Social & General Meeting (AGM)

You are invited to join the Parksville Qualicum Beach Tourism Board of Directors and staff at the Annual Social & General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, March 30th at the Parksville Community & Conference Centre. Celebrate the successes of 2016 and connect with tourism colleagues before the 2017 season is in full swing.

Social & AGM Agenda (approximate times):

4:00pm - Networking and no host bar
4:30pm - Visitor Experiences Survey Presentation - Laurel Sliskovic of Sociable Scientists
5:00pm - AGM Formal Proceedings

In accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Parksville Qualicum Beach Tourism Association, no additional nominations were received so the PQBTA Board's proposed slate will be elected by acclamation at the AGM:

1. Helen Corcoran, Quality Resort Bayside
2. Pat Jiggins, Paradise Motel / Adventure Park & Arrowsmith Golf
3. Brett Standerwick, Fairwinds Golf
4. Leif Bogwald, Vancouver Island Expeditions
5. Robynne Shaw, Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort

5:15pm - Networking and no host bar 6:15pm - Event Concludes

Cost is $15 (including tax and fees) and includes appetizers. RSVP before March 28 via Eventbrite.

Parksville Qualicum Beach Tourism (PQBTA) encourages stakeholders to make an evening of it and also attend the Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region’s (MABR) “Amazing Places” Community Launch event that will be held next door at the Parksville Civic & Technology Centre at 100 Jensen Avenue East starting at 6:30pm.

Join MABR and PQBTA in celebrating our region's most beloved places as we present our new video and thank our partners.
