This home is suitable for a couple: "snowbirds" looking for a home away from home; relocatees searching for a permanent residence; visiting family or friends in Oceanside and wanting to have separate accommodations; or you may be renovating or building your own home and need a temporary haven.

Available for rent for not less than one month at a time, rates from June to September are $1800 per month, all inclusive and fully equipped. October - May Rates are negotiable.
