Parksville Downtown Business Association

The Parksville Downtown Business Association (PDBA), is a not for profit organization that was registered in 2006. The association administers business improvement area (BIA) funding for the downtown area bordered by McMillan Street, McVickers Street, Jensen Avenue and the waterfront.

BIA funding enables property owners and businesses to pool resources for marketing, beautification, safety, management and other initiatives.

There are 141 property owners and 249 businesses within the PDBA area. All are members of the PDBA.
