Tales for the Telling - Murder and Mayhem
May 27, 2016
Tales for the Telling - Murder and Mayhem featuring Mary Gavan, Lee Porteous, and Marva K. Blackmore.

Story, song, and audience participation are all part of this intriguing storytelling presentation. Murders with quirky details, devlishly apt songs to accompany a story, complete with a chorus, and a murder most justified. This show is guaranteed to entertain, not only by its arresting topic, but also by its unique and creative twist on crime, its passions and its foibles.

Tickets are available at the door, at the McMillan Arts Centre or on-line from Eventbrite.ca.

This event is part of the Tales for the Telling, Storytelling for Adults, at the McMillan Arts which take place once a month on the fourth Friday of the month.

Traditional storytelling is an oral art form as opposed to a written one. Paper and notes are a barrier between the listener and the teller. We do not bring paper on the stage. We do not READ stories. We TELL stories.
