Foodsafe Level 1 is a food handling, sanitation and work safety course designed for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. This is a 16 hour course that includes training in cardio pulmonary resuscitation level C, automated external defibrillation, injury prevention, first aid treatment of shock, bleeding, broken bones and more.
