Swim Stroke Improvement Clinic

Be ready for the triathalon. This class will focus on stroke technique and drills. You will also receive a workout to continue your swim training on your own. Prerequisite: Able to swim 100m non-stop. Tuesday, April 3th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Ravensong Aquatic Centre. Cost is $21/person.

Bird walks from the Parksville Beach Community Park at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays going to different areas in and around the Parksville Qualicum Beach area. Note - Check this site (www.thebirdstore.blogspot.com) early Tuesday on stormy mornings to see if the walks have been cancelled.
