We are organizing, walking and fundraising in the Investors Group Walk for Alzheimer's to support British Columbians living with dementia and their families.

The Tuesday Bird Walk on May 08, 2018 will be going to the Little Qualicum River Fish Hatchery in north Qualicum Beach. Meet at the Parksville Community Park (near the Lions Club playground parking lot) in Parksville at 9:00 am, or at the Brant Viewing Platform along Highway 19a in North Qualicum Beach at about 9:20 am.

Canoe Adventures at Horne Lake Regional Park

Join us for a twist on the nature walk; a nature paddle. A brief introductory canoe lesson will start you off - no experience necessary - followed by a paddle along the shoreline with guided interpretation from a RLC Naturalist. Soundbite combines the musical talents of cellist Jordie Robinson and guitarist/vocalist Franco Noviello. Jordie Robinson is a local cellist, who completed a degree in cello performance at the University of Victoria.
