The Internal Parts Tea Circle : A Somatic Journey of Mending

July 24, 2026 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM

When we think of a teacup, we think of "containment"—of warmth, memories, and the hands that have held it before us. In Luminous Trinity, we know that sometimes our internal parts feel like a well-loved saucer: beautiful, but perhaps slightly chipped or separated from the whole. In this Workshop you will be using vintage teacups and saucers to create a high-relief, circular wreath—a physical "mandala" of your internal family.

Meet Your Guide:
Led by Sheena Tiicham Muir, a Certified Therapeutic Arts and Somatic/IFS Practitioner and M.A. Candidate in Counselling Psychology, this workshop is part of the"Art as Therapy” Series.

"I am an Artisan and M.A. Candidate in Counselling Psychology dedicated to creating 'soul-deep' sanctuaries for the neurodivergent community. My work bridges the gap between the science of the nervous system and the wisdom of the spirit. I specialize in helping individuals 'unmask' through tactile, sensory-rich creativity. Having lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic adult, I design every workshop to be a low-sensory safe harbour where your unique operating system is honoured, not fixed.”

Before we create, you will be led in a grounded technique to settle your nervous system and prepare your "Inner Maker.”
Join me in the rhythmic flow to ground your nervous system, reconnect with your inner light, and find your way back to shore

Investment: $125 per person (Includes all vintage china, high-strength adhesives, heavy-duty wreath frame, refreshments, curated herbal teas service& a 4-hour facilitated therapeutic session).

Intimacy: Limited to 6 participants for a low-pressure, high-connection environment.
