Description

There’s nowhere else quite like Milner Gardens – a beautiful botanical retreat where a historic estate and wild garden are buffered from the rest of the world by one of the last remaining stands of old growth Coastal Douglas fir. An oasis that rejuvenates the soul while educating about and inspiring care for the natural world. A tranquil woodland garden where you can appreciate the majesty of nature along with the artistry of horticultural vision. Tea is served each afternoon when the Gardens are open in the same house Royals once visited.

Events in the Gardens through the year include: Spring Sundays (Feb-Mar), Spring Thursday-Sundays (Apr), Bunny Trail (Easter), Spring Plant Sale (Apr), Rhododendron Bloom (May), Daily Openings (May-Aug), Fairy Houses (Jun), Fall Thursday-Sundays (Sep-Oct), Fall Plant Sale (Sep), Fall Sundays (Oct) and the annual festival of lights and music - Milner Christmas Magic (Dec).
