Nordic Sauna Days - Sea Edge Sauna

Join the community for Nordic Days at Sea Edge Sauna in Parksville, BC on December 6 & 7, hosted by The Finnish Sauna Co.. Experience the winter wellness ritual done the Nordic way—with authentic Finnish saunas, cold-water plunges, ritual practices, and community gathering.

75-minute community sessions (just $30 per slot), you’ll have access to two saunas (one wood-burning and one electric) for a true Nordic heat experience. Complementing the sauna are cold plunge opportunities including an ocean dip and cold-water buckets, tea and snacks to warm you in-between, outdoor fire for gathering, and guided Nordic rituals like whisking and grounding practices.

Event hours are Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Space is limited—early booking is recommended.
