Music On Sunday - The Vancouver Cello Quartet

The Vancouver Cello Quartet is Luke Kim, Cristian Markos, Kevin Park, and Lee Duckles.

Formed in 2012, The Vancouver Cello Quartet is comprised of four dedicated professionals who perform original works and arrangements for cellos. Since their acclaimed debut, the Quartet has quickly won the hearts of music lovers through their performances of staples of the classical music repertoire as well as contemporary and popular works, all of which showcase the limitless possibilities of the instrument they love.

The Tuesday Bird walk on January 23, 2018, will be going the Shelly Road side of the Englishman River Estuary in Parksville. Meet at the Parksville Community Park (at the parking lot in front of the Lions Club Playground) at 9:00 a.m. or at the end of Shelly Road (on the oceanside of highway 19A) at about 9:10 a.m.

Topics covered are CPR and blocked airways for adults, children and infants and an introduction to automated external defibrillators (AED).
