3 Places You Should Stop on Your Way to Tofino
Heading out to Tofino? You'll be missing out if you don't stop at these 3 awesome spots on your way!
No detours - all 3 are right on Highway 4/4A.
1. Coombs "Goats on the Roof" Market
Yes, the goats are up on the roof (May-ish to October-ish) at this quirky market. Shop inside for delicious international and local food finds, plus lots of unique toys and gifts. Be sure to stroll next door to the Coombs Emporium to see the eclectic collection of marble statues.
2. Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park
One of our ten official Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region Amazing Places, visit the falls after a heavy rain for the best experience. Enjoy a short hike or a leisurely walk on an extensive network of trails.
3. Cathedral Grove in MacMillan Provincial Park
Mother Nature's roots are here! Gaze up (76 metres!) to the top of an 800-year-old tree. It can be found just a short stroll from the parking lot.
