The Rosewall Creek Falls are located in Rosewall Creek Provincial Park. There are actually two waterfalls in the park accessible by two separate trails. Use caution while navigating, as the trails come with many small obstacles, stumps and small creeks you will need to meander through. Pack a lunch and unwind at the park’s picnic area after your hike.
With shaded trails and many bridges and lookout points to appreciate, Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park is buzzing with energy. There are 6 kilometres of trails winding past the falls and old-growth forests. Hiking the full loop should take about an hour and you’re guaranteed a perfect view the entire time.
One of the most picturesque waterfalls on Vancouver Island can be found at Nile Creek. The hike from the mouth of the river to the falls is long but definitely worth the trek. In the winter, ice and snow frame the creek, and in the warmer months, moss provides a lush green cushion to contrast with the rocks along the path.

In the fall, you can observe the return of the spawning salmon below the lower falls. And in the hot summer months, visitors like to cool off by taking a dip in the clear pool at the lower falls.
