Winnipeg singer-songwriter, Cat Jahnke, has scored several short films (winner “Best Original Score” for the film “Free Of Charge” at the 168 Hour Film Festival in Hollywood, CA), web series (“Ctrl” by NBC – featuring Tony Hale from “Arrested Development” and “VEEP”) and documentaries (“Letters To Our Children” featured on CBC) and has even had her music placed in video games (“Daymare Cat” - over 1,000,000 plays!).  Cat has also had her music many times on major TV shows such as “Dance Moms”, “MTV Live” and “Degrassi – The Next Generation”, just to name a few.  Cat also be appeared on CBC Television’s “Canada’s Smartest Person” as a contestant!

Here’s a little bit of info on Cat Jahnke:
- 2nd Place Winner of the 2013/14 International Songwriting Competition 
- Nominated for “Contemporary Vocalist of the Year” at the 2011 Canadian Folk Music Awards 
- Finalist in the 2006 International Songwriting Competition 
- Finalist in the 2006 John Lennon Songwriting Competition
