Cardio Dance Club: Gentle Groove

Cardio Dance Club: Gentle Groove is a follow-along dance fitness workout that fuses dance and fun energizing music, and an urban feel. It will get you sweating, gently raise your heart rate, and you moving. The most important part - It's easy and fun!

Cardio Dance Club is about the fitness and the community. This is a lower intensity class that is:
- Low impact
- Lower intensity (slightly lower beats-per-minute music)
- Simple, modified choreo that lasts a bit longer before the moves change.
