Art Gems - Watercolour Sketching with Dian Micheline

Art Gems are a multi-faceted, hand picked selection of special workshops providing a unique experience under the instruction of well known Vancouver Island Artists.
Instructors use a variety of teaching methods, from Demo Style (watch, learn, create) to guiding individual artistic expression, and combinations of both, resulting in a unique learning outcome.
Art Gems workshops are open to all levels of experience and showcase a variety of mediums.
All materials and supplies are included in these workshops for the convenience of just enrolling, arriving and enjoying creating.
Each 4-hour workshop is $125 with all materials provided.

Class Description: What I will ask for the students is to bring 2 photos of their own that they will paint. We will focus on composition, elements to enhance or avoid. They will learn how to paint the essential and paint their own sketch. They will use my directives but won’t copy my own.
