Happy Noon Year! Kids dress up in your sparkly party clothes, grab your parents, and join the Parksville Downtown Business Association at Memorial Plaza from 10:30am to 12pm for your own special version of a New Year's celebration.
Happy Noon Year will feature: crafts, dancing, cookie decorating, face painters, all topped off with a countdown and balloon drop.
