QB Reads ft. Ian Cognito

Play On Worlds offers an examination of the wonderment of childhood through poetry and pose meditations, focusing on the author’s own childhood and that of the children he has encountered along the way.
Not only does it celebrate childhood, but the work of Ian Cognito also explores understanding the experience of a child who grew up at a time when conformity was “required” at all cost.

Ian is a poet from Yellowpoint, BC. He has written, co-written, or published 11 books of poetry, including Eyes Wild Open, a collection of poetry from BC poets that explores the natural world.
