Route 19a Arts Festival

The Route 19a Arts Festival celebrates creativity in the small communities along Highway 19A, between Qualicum Beach and Courtnay on Vancouver Island. It features a JURIED FINE ART EXHIBITION at the Lighthouse Community Centre (Sept 12,13), intimate PERFORMING ARTS SHOWS in small community venues (Sept 14-25), and a weekend OPEN STUDIO TOUR (Sept 26,27 with 40+ local artists opening their studios from Dashwood to Union Bay. The festival highlights diverse artistic voices—painters, sculptors, musicians, and performers—bringing community and culture together.
